This is an important question and our priority at Marc Malone to protect our customers privacy. You can be 100% sure that shopping online with us is safe and protected. We also protect our website with ‘Norton Secured’.

Marc Malone watches are 3ATM water resistant. This means that the watch is suitable for everyday use (for example, it can withstand a few accidental drops of water while washing your hands). However, the watch is not suitable for showering, swimming and other water related activities. Please note Marc Malone watches can also be influenced by water vapour and condensation caused by warm environments or conditions. Damages caused by water inside the watch are not covered by the warranty.

Yes. All our watches has interchangeable straps.

Also, all our watches have quick release pins on a leather straps which gives an easy way to change your strap. However if you find this too complicated, you can always find the nearest jeweler or watch maker who would help you in a fraction of the minute.

The approximate delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to a more urban location, such as a city. The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Please contact our customer support department within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Our customer care team will contact the carrier to start an investigation. Please make sure to keep the packaging until you have established that it is no longer needed for the investigation.

In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), Marc Malone will either refund the customer or will try to re-ship the ordered product.

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after it has been scanned at a UPS Sorting Facility, you will receive an e-mail from UPS containing your package’s tracking information.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided on UPS’ official website.

Return Support

Kindly note that Marc Malone is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping if you choose to return the package by yourself. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return your order using the return label and instructions provided by our customer service. 

Warranty for our products is 24 months for Watches and 12 months for Jewelry from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal, clasp).

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

 - The life of the watch battery;

 - Or normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, Velcro; peeling of the plating);

 - Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Marc Malone;

 - Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the Marc Malone watch; 

 - The Marc Malone products handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond Marc Malone e.g. for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer

To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, watch strap or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

Please note: for orders shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be a subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local UPS office or government authorities.

Marc Malone is offering Free Delivery to European Union countries.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the delivery outside the European Union .
